Alexander is the first agency in Bicester to offer a fixed fee service as an alternative to costly traditional marketing packages giving you, the seller, greater control over how your property is sold and saving thousands of pounds in commission fees.

How does it work?
Your property will be marketed for six months for a fixed upfront fee of just £400. You will then pay us a fixed fee commission on completion, rather than a high percentage fee. You still receive:

• A market valuation and advice on pricing your property to sell
• Full colour particulars with photography and floorplan
• Listing on the country's leading property portals, including Rightmove and Fish4Homes
• Viewings booked by us but carried out by you - the person who knows your property best
• Follow up and feedback on every one of your viewings
• Negotiation with potential buyers and an official memorandum of sale

Need an example?
A typical property sold for £250,000 on a traditional no sale, no fee basis at 1.5% + VAT would cost you £4,500. The same property sold on a fixed fee agreement would cost only £1,400 including both the initial marketing fee and commission, resulting in a massive saving of £3,100.
